Decent match?

I will be buying an Hifonics amp : Hifonics BXi 606

which is good for the price from what I've heard...

the driver that it has to push would be an Alpine SWR-1242D (TYPE R)

anything decent coming out of this match up?

btw... it'll be my first sound system

well wire it to one ohm and off 600 wats u should be fine wit a type r..but are u going for spl
