Ok, I'm looking for a decent quality amp for a pair of MA Audio 120XE subs (rated @ 350w RMS each) that puts out something around 500w - 700w RMS. The subs are wired for a 4 ohm load currently, but I'll rewire them if need be. The 760w Pioneer amp I am running at the moment (I just had it laying around) really blows. I'm partial to Hifonics amps. I know some people don't like them, but I have a 300w Hifonics amp that I ran to a MA Audio sub in a Jeep for 5 years. It got rained on, beat around, and just generally mistreated and it's still powering the 6.5" components in my Tahoe right now and sounding great. I'm looking to spend up to $225 shipped. I'd really like to find an amp that is small, say 13" x 9" or less. I don't even know if it's possible to find an amp that small in this power range. It'd be nice, but it's not a necessity. I just don't want a ridiculously huge amp. I'm open to any and all suggestions.
