It's been run in-car before. It's loud.

TL will run two in-car.

It will tear your car apart by virtue of sub 30hz frequencies. If you're into that sort of thing.

I'm getting rid of my dog and her couch. In its place is going this sub and its box. It's more attractive and it doesn't pee on the floor. It had better not.

The specs on this driver are way different than the one you have, IIRC. I have an "X" on my magnet //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif

Last thing I want to do is get a BX1500D ... however, the price is appealing so that may be the way I go.

Depends on the enclosure --- ported or sealed, and the overall size.

My enclosure is still leaking a little bit ... but I managed to get a pretty good guess out of it.

I managed to squeeze between 9 and 10 milk jugs out of it. So between 36L and 40L ... which is between 1.27 ft^3 and 1.41 ft^3. I didn't fill it all the way up as I have work to do on the top part still - my guess is I'm right around the 1.4 ft^3 mark.

It will handle whatever you can give it, provided you're not a tool. But then again, a tool wouldn't have this sub, hence the screening process. Steve's enclosure is around 1.5cu/ft, provided he seals it up so it's not a really really gåy "vented" enclosure. So once the sub is in, Steve had better not be able to push the cone in more than a cm otherwise I'm going to pimpslap him across the forehead with my wang for making a sub-par box for such a driver.
