I found this sucker works good for deadening.

I did a fiberglass patch on the neighbors boat last week. I went out today and started a layout for my door build. I went to chat with the neighbor mid way.
I got my paddle roller back and mixing cups etc. I walked back to check out my door and seen a little bit of sagging deadener. I thought what the hell. I went to town on the whole door with the roller. It seemed to make it adhere just a little bit better than the rubber roller from the hardware. Not an air pocket anywhere now.
Just throwin it out there. It leaves a sweet texture that would be good for gluing ensolite or adding layers to.
Pics later.
