Deadening, my car and a question

I have a 2001 Nissan Maxima. I just installed my components and everything else but the Sub/rear speakers. Originally, my plan was to deaden the front doors....However, they sound awesome as is. Question is, if I do not hear any rattles and such...Should I still go out and Second Skin my doors? I am not quite sure it is worth it but I have no experience with deadener of any sort. Opinions please!

If you think it sounds good now it will only get better with deadening. I used to think the same thing then took the plunge and it was the best 50 bucks I could have spent.

Good Luck!

Wow, Guess I have to buy some then. Definitely amazing how much better my front stage sounds in a 2001 model car rather then a 1995....And if it can be better then that, awesome!

Thanks guys.

If you ordered damplifier you will get 5 sheets. Each one is 12" x 24 .

10 feet will be a nice start but in the end, each door should get at least 8 feet.

I have use as much as 24 sq feet of sound deadening per door.

With vibration damping, the more you do, the better the results.

Be strategic with your mat and it will go far. Hit the area around and behind the speaker more than any where else.
