I'm betting that stuff works just fine. Do you really think there are 20 diff plants that manufacture this stuff?

My first vehicle had the foil backed Peel & Seal all over it......was rattle free and did a 62.3 in the kick.......

I had purchased sound deadening from a vendor on here because of the price and to support them. I installed the sound deadening 50% on the rear of my Tahoe. I also purchased second skin audios damplifier pro b stock and did the other 50%. Comparing both sound deadenings at full tilt (144.4 term lab) the second skin out performed the cheaper stuff. I ripped out the entire sub par product and replaced it all with damplifier pro B stock.

I also followed Keep hope alive advice from one of his threads and installed closed cell foam overkill and MLV Luxury liner. All this has helped greatly with all the unwanted noise on the doors and panels.

I just received more damplifier pro B stock to finish my roof to reduce or eliminate my roof flex.

I did a video of the before sound deadening and I will finish the roof and do a after video and post to youtube. (I have very little time with the oil field and family, but Ill do it soon.)

term lab score 144.4 was before any sound deading was installed, after full installation Ill have it metered again.

I've used audio technix and dynamat,fatmat, American bass, cld tiles and non logo fatmat from eBay.

Ones I'd buy again are American bass and cld tiles . Fat mat was a joke compared to them

I have used audio technix 80mil, gt mat 50mil (just horrible of coarse lol) and shok mat, I loved the shok mat, but I am.going to use the Reckhorn for only 46.99 it's worth a try and I will provide some feedback and see if it's worth it
