I was playing my radio with switch turned back and battery went dead after charging battery and hooking amp back up it didnt push sub the same as it did before. I dont know if voltage in amp has dropped or just starting to burn out

Well.. firstly. Wat.. uhhh, second, what's the wiring like? Is this a second battery?

Check voltage with a digital voltage meter:

Car and system off

Car on

Car on and system playing

With those three measurements, we can give better advice
