Dead Amp?

My power light on my amp is lit up but my subs dont move at all and everything is all plugged in right and there are no blown fuses. I just put in a new HU but dunno if thats why but it cant push my 2 12's or my older JLA 8's its a Jensen 220W amp and was working fine a few days ago but today it just dosent move anything. please help and thanks in advanced!

Yep, Sure did. I bought a new set from wal-mart today maybe this will help if not ill reply again. Its so weird how its got power but wont push...We'll find out tomarrow if new RCAs did it.

I had the same problem and it turned out my RCA preout on my headunit was blown. Guess I had grounded it out some how. DOH!

hey i have the same problem with mine except i hit a big bump while i waz driving and it knocked a wire out so i put it back together and now my sub isnt working and my amp light isnt on. anybody know how i can fix this???? i looked at it 3 times and i know all the wires are all connected.

Have you checked all the fuses?

Coulda grouned out and poped a fuse..?
