DD sdc2.5 Vs JL W6, need suggestions

should i get 2 12" SDC2.512, on a kicker 1000.1?

I currently have 2 12" JL W6's right now but i want more SPL, how much louder will the audioque's be compared to my W6's?

and my W6's are pretty **** loud for only getting 500@4ohms rms(on my kicker amp) ,they are much louder than my friends fully powered type R 12's, and they setoff car alarms and shake metal buildings, so they are loud and Very clean., so dont go dissing my W6's, ( they are way louder than any system at my school)

(i understand that JL are over priced but i got both of em for 300 (retail for over 400 each) and they were in perfect condition. and i know they are a Sq sub and not an SPL sub, so i wont be suprized if they are that much louder.)

i already have a very nice ported box for dual 12's, its sorta tuned for the W6's but, im not going to get a new box for the new subs if i decide to get the audioque

i dont mean to come off as a know it all, im very open to suggestions,

the SDC 2.5's are AQ's subs and you would get a good bit more output out of them if in the correct enclosure and the SQ will not be quite as clean but it will still be very clean. How big is your box and what is it tuned to?

You have dual 2 ohm w6s? Just making sure they are...

no they are dual 4 ohm, thats all they make, and thats why im only gettin 500 watts out of my kicker 1000.1 cuz its 500@4
