DD experts(They gave me the wrong sub)

I made a trip to houston to pick up my dd 9515g sub and when i got home i noticed on the box it said 3515e on the mail tag and with a red marker on the flap it said 3515 but when i called a couple weeks before i picked it up the guy looked at it and said it was a 9515g...and on the basket theres a little sticker that says 9515g on it but i looked at the weight on the box it said 38lbs and and i looked at dd website it says the 9515g weighs 46 pounds of sexiness.... and also it said that the 3515e weighs 37 lbs which makes me to believe that that gave me the wrong sub....i plan on calling them tommorow but can anyone tell me in the mean time how to tell if it a 9515 g sub??????

good luck if you picked it up didnt you look at it there i think the 9515 is notacibly differant like mentioned larger motor?

I did i took it out and on the basket it a little sticker that says 9515g on it but i didnt look at the box

Just look at the motor.

If its ~7.75" wide, its a 3500. If ~9.25" its a 9500.

DD packages the 2500's, 3500's, and 9500's in the same boxes. The shop may have just taken the sub out of the box and put it back in the wrong one.

Looks like a 9500 to me, but Im no DD expert and the magnet boot makes it harder for me. Im only replying to say you got sexy fucking toenails.

you got the right sub.

if the box is for a 3515, of corse itll say its 37lbs. maybe its just the wrong box with your 9515 in it. i mean the sub says 9515 after all.

apart from that, you fail for not looking at what your buying.

Yes, that is a 9500.

You can see the vents on the top-plate where it meets the basket.
