DD audio 6.5 or Crescendo 6.5

i have heard dd audio, but was going to get crescendos pax, my issue is they ran out of them and i guess it take 3 months for them to stock up which is extremely annoying, so now my project is at a halt. any other ideas?

also tweeters,

planned to run two sets of tweeters and 3 sets of 6.5

Tweeters ran on a p400-4, speakers on a crescendo 1100.4c

already bought an amp for my tweets, havent for the speakers yet so that can change.

any ideas, need a good sq brand but also leaning more towards loud..

CX62 V2 - Image Dynamics 6.5" 2 Ohm Mid-bass Drivers

I've been playing around with these in my doors for about 2months now.

after EQing them & TA they sound pretty good.

ID doesn't give much on specs on these mids, but I will say the upper mid can be a little harsh.

The midbass is where they shine.

I like the upper snappy midbass & the lower midbass is very tight.

I have used HAT-Clarus, Dayton 180, CDT es in my doors.

For the price they are hard to beat.

mid bass amp, most people go with the ppi 900.4, Hifonics has a new line which doubles the power of the PPI for almost the same amount of money ZRX 2000.4 but pretty big amp, if you have the space i'll go with the hifonics, you might be able to put your tweets on the same amp

PWX's aren't all that loud if that's what you're looking for. Hifonics amp is junk....seems like I've said that before LOL
