DD 4th order wall.

3" long? huh?
no... the front chamber is over 15 cubic feet and then some... internally.

and it is almost 2 feet across for the port in the front...

it peaks at 24Hz and is tuned to start rolling off at 63Hz
ok so what is the box tuned to?

lol well seeing how the back chamber does more for determining the low end tuning and its sealed... honestly not too sure... not really tried playing below 20hz... but it does...
so u just built the box and hoped for the best?.. how many cubes did the subs end up being in?

lol no... i am not that bad...

my buddy has more experience than me with 4th and 6th orders. we built the exoskeleton then started piecing the thing together.

he has the actual tuning numbers for the low end somewhere i am sure.. but it was more of a "we know it will play low, we are just more concerned about it playing not too far past around 65hz"

each sub sees ~2.25 cubes in the rear, and its a common chamber.

well see thats the thing... it was peaking at 32hz... and then I went back and braced the baffles internally and finished using some foam to try and seal up better.... i kinda like just being able to play that low though... the jimmy doesnt... but i do...//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif
