dc xl output randomly changed?

This afternoon I noticed that my xl was strangely louder than usually. I only have about 15 hours of bumping time on it. The subwoofer was played for about 15 minutes than I went to check and see what was up. It was a little warm but not dangerously warm. Could a wire have gotten unplugged from inside the box to the sub and it only be running on one coil? What is your opinion on this or is it just breaking in?

only thing I can think of is if your amp is mounted on or near your box and the vibrations adjusted the knobs on the amp

pretty much what I thought as well, break in isn't sudden.

Yeah its on the side I will check my knob again but I believe it was all the same

unless your wired in series, if your in series and a wire comes loose you will be louder because of lower ohm load.

this happens to me all the time when my subs warm up. idk what it is lol....

it is in a series it may be that than because the only thing that moved was my sensitivity from about 80 to 120

Do you think my xenon can handle a .5 ohm load because i really don't wanna take the sub out and check
