Best system opinions?

I have a 2000 s-10 ext cab im using for a new system build. What do you think would be the loudest setup for this truck? This includes amp, sub(s) and at least 1 battery. Box will be made by Dave the Box Guy. Subs need to be either 8's, 10's or 12's. Budget is $1,400. All items need to be able to be purchased on ebay. System will be made for pure Loudness and mostly play music.
