dc level 4 vs. hdc3 vs sdc 2.5

only get the hdc3s if you have lots of power. otherwise they are not efficient and a lot of lower level subs will easily beat them.

You would be mad happy with a pr. of HDC's on 3k.

i just traded my 15" AQ hdc3 d2 for a DC lvl 4 15" d2 and i would have to say they are about the same loudness on 1200rms and the DC sounds wayy better imo

whats the RMS difference on the 2 subs though?

3k is plenty of power for a pair of HDC's as RMS is 1k on those subs. Just because they can take a lot of power doesn't mean they need it. I ran 400watts to an HDC and a DD9515 and they both got respectably loud. 9515 is currently taking an AQ3500D daily with no problems...

Hi, this is icweiner's brother, i decided to go with 2 HDC3 12's, i was just wondering what ohm i need to get them in to run them with my Crunch 3000d-pro at 1 ohm
