DC Audio vs Fi Audio

DC has great customer service and a quality product. A lot depends upon what you want to accomplish and what you want to spend.

My Level 4 12 is taking my AQ1200d and loving it in 1.75cubes ported @ 32hz. Gets hella low and sounds clean and semi-transparent. a SQL woofer by all means.

The Fi Q is VERY similar in TS specs, however i wouldn't want to feed it much over its rated RMS. The BL and BTL lines will get loud but will really exceed in a higher tuned

application.

Can't say anything for their customer service as contact has been minimal.

Well. i am getting ready to do my first system. and as with everything else i do i like to do a lot of research before i spend the money. i have a 2 door truck.

no lies here... and the A Team on SMD is runnin a stetsom 4k to his pair so....? but back to topic, DC has outstanding CS. havent really heard much from FI but from what i see of them it kinda seems like they're trying to go a lil more mainstream and not takin the time to hear from a consumer but thats just my .02. product wise, both are great, just depends on your goals.

How much room you looking to work with? Sealed, ported, etc? Amount of power you will be running?
