Fi Q will get loud and nasty low. I run the BL's now and I still have good enough SQ for rap and have pretty good lows.

Yea I think I'm liking Fi more than DC now. Just when I saw the magnets they put on the Q I was kinda doubting them because the magnet on my MOFO is bigger.

Nah, the Q is a better speaker than the mofo, and so is the BL.

all I read was first post so if this is a repeat just ignore it.

18's can have the same sq as a 8'' Home theater systems use 18's and that group of people is more picky on sq then any car guy.

We were talking about an 05 xxx...... One of the best sql woofers even till this day.... He laughed cause he just saw re and not the sub mentioned

Yeah the 05 RE XXX is regarded as probably one of the best overall SQ/SPL sub...hard to find because they are relatively rare, and when you do find them they aren't cheap. I wouldn't touch any of the new RE since all of it is plastic junk, but the 05 XXX's were definitely one of RE's better subs.
