DB-R electronics sucks

Received the amplifier back here, thanks for including the remote by the way... The amplifier only had 1 small problem, with the input board (the board the RCA's, GAIN, etc are all on), and matter of fact it still worked fine, but had lower than normal output. Upon touching up a few solder connections on the input board all is well and amplifier functions exactly as it should, have been testing it for over 30 minutes now at full volume, have dropped it on the desk a few times checking for intermittent problems and have found none. Issuing refund now anyway, as to resolve this matter with this customer.

If you guys can't understand that,i'll dummy it down, the amp was not functioning as it should have.

He also said it worked fine but had less than normal output..

Of course he would say that, would he say I fvcked up,that amp was messed up,if he just fixed it why would it not function right? He says he tests them, then how did this get past him? He works on alot of these amps i'm sure he know what voltage it's suppose to put out,why do you guys keep defending him? If you bought a car that said it150hp and only had 50hp, would that be your fault?

The way this reads, he said it worked upon arrival...just with lower output. Not after he touched it up.

And your car analogy isn't even close to this situation.

So he says it was working fine, but yet he had to solder and it had a small problem. You guys are the idiots not me,i got my money back. The amp was effed up,believe or not. Carry on i'm done with this, and be sure to wipe the DB-R's sperm off your chin's.

Wondering why this was not stated before the amp was bought, and if it's the Op's fault the amp blew why didn't DB-R state that in the email. Doesn't say anything about blown fets or any user error. Gonna have to side with the Op on that, although you could have worded this thread title more properly.
