Long story short I pmed him an offer and he accepted. 5 minutes later I sent paypal, and he decided he wanted 10 more dollars and refused my money.

I wasnt pissed in the beginning but I used my debit card so money came out of my account right away, but when they refund it takes a few days to go back on my card. So I am out 325.00 for like 3 days and cany buy a sub until Monday at least.

I just think its shitty. he accepted my offer right away then wanted extra money for paypal fees. Wouldnt you think ahead that I was going to use Paypal when you give me your email addy, and I didnt think you were supposed to charge for Paypal fees. We all have been charged 3% at one time or another. thats just the price for instant money.

Charging the buyer for the Paypal fees is against their Terms of Service and is strictly forbidden by their user agreement. The Buyer should include the 3% in their selling price if they intend on having someone else pay for it.
