Itunes is full of fail. I had to pay $9.99 to get the update on my Ipod Touch and they were having problem's and it would never let me download it. Every time I would hook up the Ipod to charge it or transfer music/pics it would try to update and would fail. Next thing I know I have a $400 withdrawal from my PayPal account from Itunes because they charged me EACH time it tried to update. All I had to do was make a call to the customer service and it was taken care of the following day.
