if you use hte amp at its rated impedance they are great amps.. you idiots using amps below rated impedance tiring to squeeze power out of it are doing nothing more but putting more strain on the PS.. efficiency drops off fast and its the easiest way to kill an amp.. if you run 2 dual 4ohm woofers its going to be fine..some boards allow lower impedance and put out more power but some boards are designed to be used with nominal loads and do more power @2ohm than the other deisgns do @ 2ohm.. example.. some board may do 2kw @1ohm and 2600 @.5 but only do 800@2ohm while other 2k boards will do 2200@1ohm smoke @.5 but actually do near 1200@2ohm so output is more linear with impedance rise for normal musical application..
