Ok, im so impatient. Shouldn't i prime it first? lol, cuz i just sand it smoothly down and then went ahead and spray painted it. Now that i did, everythign is rough and looks nasty. Is it ok if i sand it down with a 220 grit san paper, and still primer it??

id sand it lightly first use primer than use a differ color high gloss for paint unless you want a white box?

If you dont prime it it will look like crap.

And let it cure before you put it in your truck. Just put it out in the sun for a day, should be good

Ok, this is the 3rd layer i have light primed. After 1 hour i sand it down with 220 grit sand paper. (its 90 degree out here).

Since this is like my 3rd layer, do i need to sand it one more time? or can i just spray my high gloss black spray paint already?

Not being a dick, but I have QUITE a bit of experience with screwing up paint jobs.

To put it into perspective, a proper piano black paint job can take months. Painting's a *****; I hate it.
