Flip the sub on its face, and apply a little E6000 (mainstay in my shops for years), and smear it to a thin layer with your finger. Wait until dry, and re-apply it. Should be fine.
You might not be able to tell in the pics, cause i have a shitty digital camera. But what i think happened was, a screw that was in the box that was holding all the wood suppports together, punctured through the cone. It just kind of tore through, but none of the cone pieces are missing, so there isnt a hole of any sort. But, it did poke ALL THE WAY through, but its hard to see in the pics. Thats why i think i may be able to get by with applying silicone to the backside of the cone to just hold everything up. What do you guys think?
JB weld would work OK on the baskets too, but keep in mind that once the speaker is firmly attached to the baffle, it will be strengthened rather well. Take UPS to the mat if possible.
