Twas a good weekend for Awesome Bill from Dawsonviile and son. Bill announces he will make his Nascar return at Road America and Chase wins his first race are Watjins Glenn. Dale yeah!

They are selling their Key West house already too.  So much for being a dream home. lol

Damn that didn't take long.

Led the most laps, 96, won segment 2, finished 4th. Says he will race at least one more time next year. He makes enough money in one race to finance one Jr. Motorsports car for 8-10 races.

Is the latter why he's doing it?  Cuz this ain't what retirement is..

Lol. Well he was still under contract with his sponsors to run at least one race this year. He says he still enjoys racing but hates the length of the grueling schedule, all the time away from his home and family, and everything. The money part is just an extra incentive.
