what kind of wood? like where can i get it at? and how do i piece it together? whith glue or what? can i get the wood at like home depot?
sheet of 3/4" MDF, probably $20-25 at HD

wood glue, titebond II, gorilla glue, liquid nails, etc

when putting it together, either pre-drill for screw, or use lots of clamps, or the easiest way: brad nailer!

if you know how to cut wood (or have HD do it, but they're not always accurate) and have a brad nailer, you should be able to finish in a couple hours.

for the driver cutout you'll need a router and something to help you make circles, or freehand it with a jigsaw.

o i c if i make the box im thinking of running a long port underneath the rest of my backseat for more air movement..... u think that will make the sub hit harder?

i don't know what you're talking about, but you need at least one port width of room at the port opening for the air to come out.

look at my gallery i want to run the box upright in the gap behind the driver seat n then run a long port under the rest of the seat thats behind the passenger seat u get me? like the size of the box i have already..... the way it runs under the seat
