Cutting threaded rod.

idk if you already did it, but thread the nut on the rod first then cut it so you can back it off and clean up the end of the threads. Hard to thread it on sometimes after cutting

yeah i already did that. i figured there would be some barbed action going on so i used the old noodle and planned ahead haha

If you have a file you can use that to smooth it down.

just put it in my box. pretty simple, i dont know why everyone doesnt do it. on a side note, did anyone do a before and after with box flex? if so how much improvement did you see?
