If for example my length is supposed to be 15" and when i cut it, it was a tad bit short. like 2 or 3 lines below the 15" measurement. Will it make a biiiiiiig difference?

Not a lot, but next time remember to factor in the kerf width when you make an exact cut..because now you'll need to cut the rest of the pieces a little shorter to fit.

box will be uneven, but no difference in sound. measure twice cut once..
