Cutting abs plastic

I'm going to cut 1/8" abs plastic to make my own speaker adapters for my 6.5". What should I cut this plastic with? It seems as if it might crack easily from cutting it with a jigsaw or something. Any help.

i used a jigsaw with a metal pipe cutting blade. worked fine

I usually trace my cut with a box cutter a few times, then stick it in a vice and just snap it.

edit: nvm, lmao, would be pretty hard to make a speaker spacer this way lol.

Jig should be fine. If you have access, a band saw works really nice. And if you want to be super anal, a dremel with a cut off wheel would work too, just take you longer.

The slower the blade is moving the better, unless melting edges is OK for what you're doing.

I use a fine tooth blade on a jig saw no problem.
