Radio stays on

well my radio just started to decide to stay on even when the keys arent in the ignition...what will cause this?

should have been more specific and said its a factory radio... the eclipse in my sig is still in the box

well i can turn off the radio completely minus the clock that stays on...so battery is fine but ima have to go get an install kit for the buick now

you have oppened the door when you take the keys out of the iggnition right? my doesnt shut off until drivers side door is opened

yea haha my mom owned the car since new in 1998 so yea i know that but today it decided to stay on...

Does the interior light come on when you open the door? Maybe the door switch is broken and the headunit isn't recognizing when you open the door.
