Customer service thread

I dont like their whole "our woofers are perfect, if something went wrong its all your fault and we wont be helping you, have a good day" attitutde.

For me it has to be vminnovations not nessasarly because of bad service just a bad policy,I bought a soundstream 4000d for a great price after 5 days I was told it was out of stock,i asked for my money back and they told me they only do store credit so I had to buy something I did not need so I said to myself never again

shoulda fought that one... had nothing to do with their return policy... they straight up jacked you SSSAAAANNNN
