Custom box?

Do any of the members on here build custom boxes? I'm looking for a box to go in my 2002 Dodge Stratus R/T. There are a few curves (by curves I mean the trunk has actual curves that I would like to fit smoothly with the box) that I would like to include in the design and I would like to be able to put my amps behind the box if at all possible.

My thought it mount the box to the car and have the drop down seats open to access the amps. I was thinking 2 10's. I'm not 100% on the sub yet but I want something that takes up small amounts of space and I am looking for SQ above everything else.

I live in Columbus, Ohio. Someone around here would be a bonus but I wouldn't mind paying for out of state shipping on a great box.

Who sent you a PM? People keep coming to me and Grant with designs they've gotten, and literally over half have been completely incorrect.

I could make one for you, but i would need someone local with a stratus for test fitment etc to make a perfect fit. I am assuming you mean that you want a box with a flush panel which contours with the trunk?? Sub facing towards the rear with the amps on the back also with a flush panel??

There is so much that you couldn't tell just by taking measruements. If you know anyone in Phoenix that could be a test vehicle then I would do it for sure. I have been building and selling sub boxes online for quite a while, but only for vehicles that I have had in my shop in order to take measurements, make templates etec.

Well after seeing her last work (which was literally her last work), I wouldn't be too inclined to buy from her. Try a more experienced member. A builder who's made 3-4 boxes total doesn't really seem like the person that I'd want building for me; let alone someone whose panels don't even contact.

So who are top builders on here? Also, what type of box design should I go with to have great SQ? I'm going to assume that sealed would be my best bet as it would be a small enclosure. I see so many different box designs now that I really don't know what would be my best option. Tight acurate bass is my number one goal. Now and again I will play some things loud...never long enough to make it a priority, and I don't care (read don't want) the world to be listening along.

Seeing as you want something complex (curves and all), I'd post in the Competition thread about a local builder so that someone could actually see what needs to happen.
