custom box! help

Hey guys bout to start building my sub box. I got everything to spec except the tuning frequency I can't get it to 33hz last time I got it to about 29.6hz.

This is what I'm wanting it to look like.



Subs are Phoenix gold 12" elites

Enclsure size direct affects tuning, bigger box with same port length = lower tuning.
