Just my take but dealing with the "EU" and different world "organizations" just seems equivalent to *******.

They can't even run their own territories, even if its home ground.

Swiss interests may be a deeper rabbit hole, something tells me to shut up but London and Geneva have always been the financiers

Who cares what our "reps/senators" preach they're too busy being a fraud and tapdancing to avoid criticism. They all need to go... where?... and how?... anywhere other than the donor retreats and power circles.
We're not too far gone, others may be.

Right... I mean too far gone, as in we're all trapped inside of system that's foundation is fiat money. There's no escaping the system without collapse or just shifting into something worse. People aren't even people anymore, we don't know how to survive like our ancestors did, we're all dependent on a house of cards system, imaginary money.

And then something like 9/11 happens, and we realize that we're not too far gone, we're not all helpless, we can work together.

Same here, personally the EU is on a darker path and it’s done purposefully.

Seems like our interest in Swiss are aligned with trump ideas are precious metals, machinery for manufacturing and electrical equipment. And their Swiss watches

I have to agree with Rob for once, society as a whole may get derailed but food still will be needed, babies born and security provided in some form. If its a regional realignment I feel external factors will bring the union back together. Freedom is a crazy thing... not "you'll own nothing and be happy" or "it eats the bugz" because its protein. Hyperbolic examples yes... but are they?

OK, what alternate timeline did I wake up in today?!?!

Tucker Carlson is now openly alleging that the Trump-era FBI — not just Biden’s — is lying about critical details of the attempted assassination of President Donald Trump in Butler, Pennsylvania.

9/11 happened and we were lied to and killed a bunch of people in the Middle East bc we hated Muslims supposedly, just to lose trillions of dollars and have now a Muslim the mayor of New York. I don't think 9/11 brought us unity, it was a psy op to shake up the Middle East for the central banking system and now we're in super debt and like it didn't help us at all, and we got the patriot act which set the stage for the spy state that's developed and turned into the ai state to control us while ai replaces us in our work. Fake unity over lies nets bad results. Nothing is authentic, the world is a stage.

That numbers don't jibe. The economy has been historically better under Democrats for over 75 years, and the debt has grown more under the GOP per term than Dems.

Tariffs are simply an additional tax that we pay on the imported goods we buy.
WE pay them, no matter what name is tacked on to them.

Here's the real math of Trump's "$2,000 to everyone" plan, that he claims will be "paid for" by tariffs collected from each American, with the leftovers "paying off national debt".

Additional taxes collected from Americans in the form of tariffs, 2025: $195 Billion
Number of Americans: ~345 Million.

Assuming only HALF of the "everyone" gets the check (due to their income or whatever reason), that's a payout of $345 Billion.
That's $150 Billion more than the tariffs collected from Americans.

1. What was the benefit of collecting a tax that would be given back with a 100% match by the gov't?
2. Where does the additional $150 Billion come from, assuming only HALF of "everyone" gets a check?
3. How will there be leftover money to pay down debt, if they are refunding almost double what was paid in?

Now if 3/4 of "everyone gets the check, we're talking $517 Billion. That's $322 Billion more than was taken in.

Either Trump has no idea how many people live in the US, has no idea how to do simple multiplication, or just spouts nonsense - knowing that his followers will gobble it up without any due diligence or critical thinking.
Putting almost anything he says to the simplest tests of logic, it falls apart.

I am not betting the ranch on Data that is "Inflation-adjusted" via CPI-U. Those are adjusted numbers, not the actual numbers. Why not just use the actual numbers unless you are trying to make someone look better or worse?

See what I read is the over all debt. Who has added more since the beginning... or rather 1913. The answer is, Democrats. More is more no matter what. It's sad that the only way we get to see is with inflation adjusted crap.
