anyone used Purecaraudio.com? or anyone know if its a decent website at least

I've been lurking this forum for some time now. Did not have a reason to register but this thread made me do because of the following:
Sunday two weeks ago, I decided to order some caraudio online from overseas (I live in The Netherlands)
Prices in Europe are much higher then in the U.S.A. so I took the risk.
After some searching and inquiring I found that Ikesound was a little cheaper then Carmedia1 but the shipping costs of Ikesound where way higher then Carmedia1's
I contacted them to verify if the products I wanted, were actually in stock and they assured me that they were.
I ordered:
1 JBL BP1200.1 Amp
1 Orion H800.4 Amp
1 JBL W15GTI Sub
I recieved confirmation after my order and explanation how to make an international payment
Offcourse this was tricky, because there is no way I can get my money back once they decide not to send me anything
Anyway, after a good night sleep and some email-contacts with them I decide to pay.
after 4 days I contacted them if indeed the money arrived at their bank. They replied quickly and said that they did and that I would receive the shipping number within two days.
After an hour (!) I recieved shipping confirmation and UPS delivered everything within 3 days.
all goods where new and in mint condition although the Orion box was damaged by the transport.
As you can imagine, I am very positive about Carmedia1

one of the best sites i seen for anything car audio is http://www.justamps.com it may be cheap but they are great when dealing with you, they also have good deals for cheap beats.
usually when a place has a phone #, i call it before i even think about buying one of their products. it just gives me a sense of security about their product knowing that i can actually talk to a human being rather than e-mail some loser sitting in his parents basement pretending to be a car audio dealer.

ISSUES
I have yet to order from Crutchfield but I TOTALLY agree with the Customer service issue. I think I have called them 10 times and spent 20 minutes or more asking them for tech advice.. I have yet to actually place my order with them..I am expecting them to say.."Are you gonna buy something or not Jerk"..but they still are helpfull and courteous, usually giving advice that goes against making them more money instead they give you advice for the best set up!!!
Just wanted to give everyone the fyi about http://www.hookedontronics.com ...this situtation happened awhile ago but I figured I'd post it so it doesn't happen to you......I ordered my hu from there(7894 Alpine) the price was good and they had all the ratings...BBB..versign..etc..so i figured why not..well when i got my hu eveything was fine except it was missing the hu harness(this may have been Alpines fault)...I called them up and got the usual...I barely speak english voice..he said he had to check on it and would call back the next day after he talks to alpine..well 3 days went by so I decided to call back and got a different guy who said he couldnt help.. to leave a message in the first guys voicemail..but i told him I couldnt cause it was full..and basically told me that theres nothing they could do further and that if he doesnt call me back to assume they couldnt "work it out"......so I had to dig for a shop around me that had the part and luckily found one on my 4th try and it cost me $33....So my point is DONT shop at http://www.hookedontronics.com unless your the gambling type....
are u sure it said it comes with a harness? i always thot u had to buy the harness seperatly.
at least u got the HU on time and in perfect shape.

Although over the last few years Yoshi's World (justamps, just12volt, justwoofers...ect) has been much better to work with their shipping time is still horendous. I've ordered quite a bit of equipment from there for other people and I ran in to problems at least 3-4 times. Things such as...sending me the wrong stuff...sending me used stuff...and my favorite...sending me an amp with a "complimentary" bottle of that wax they sell, that happend to get shipped in the box with the amp and the bottle breaking and spilling all over my amp.

OnlineCarStereo - Charged credit card, did not send order. Called to question it, get told they didn't even have an order from me on file. Unorganized.
Millionbuy - Couple deals with them, both smooth. Another order on the way now, will update with how that goes.
eD - Never actually purchased anything here, but they did surprise me with some prompt/well-written/polite communication.
