i agree with you when you said them heafers need a personality adjustment. i called to order an amp for a buddy and lady was flat out rude. she tried to rush me and she was very harsh. i will order from them though because Anthony kept it real with me. i asked him should i buy two punch hx2's from him or get on re hc 15 from resp. he was honest with me even though he lost a sale.

Anyone else order from IKESOUND???

Man, so far they are by far the worst customer service I have dealt with...8 days have gone by and they still havent even shipped my stuff..its over 700 dollars worth of stuff..I called 4 times..talk to people they gave me the run around..said everything is fine and we'll send you an email right away and never did..its awful...great prices, but crappy service...Etronics is another problem, yet they were quick to handle thier stuff...Sound domain is great..they get the order and ship it the next day...they are from washington, I am from Mass, and it got here quicker than both IKESOUND Flordia, and Etronics New york...

here's the deal, ike orders the stuff from the manu. and its up to them to ship it... Also, u've gotta take into account the some of the stuff is shipped from ike sound if they have the stuff in stock, if not like i said they are gettin it from the manu. and their location varies depending on the product u're buying.....

ikesound is known to sometimes be a little slow because things get backordered very quickly... it's always a good idea to CALL them before you order to check if things are back ordered.

Yeah they are SLLOOWWW...but its not as bad as the fact that they dont email you anything..no updates...I order on a Monday and called on a friday asking status on the order..they were like oh we need verification that its you and fax us the information...So I did...they said they would send an email that they received it..well I got nothing, so I called on Monday...They said they never received my information..which is a lie because I had the status of the previous fax..so I sent again..and I called asking if they did receive it ..they said yes and we will send you a comfirmation email...and they never did...I am now about to call and cancel all of it because of the lack of communication from them...

etronics- good company in my opinion, got my amp cheap, and fairly fast, but i didnt have to talk to their cust service or anything so i could tell ya if theyre good on that. i just got my stuff from knukonceptz today- but my batt terminal that i payed for is missing. i emailed them about it bout an hour a go, no response yet, however the email i sent them before asking about shippin was answered in like 20mins, so they are still one of the best companies ive delt with...lets just hope they dont try and dick me with the batt terinal...

This thread should be a living document instead of being set in stone. Ampman Audio has gone to shit and a few of the other sites have been bought up by other domains. At the very least, the list should be reverified every 6 months or so to account for changes in the online industry. Just an idea.

i ordered my amp from ike, took hmm, 1,2,3,4 days to deliever because I oredered it friday night and they didn't ship during the weekend. So Ike is coo wt me.

P.S. he has those new, jbl amps, but their on the ebay store, not the actual .com store
