CT Sounds Hydro 8"

I finished the box sold the ones I bought before I had a chance to really mess with them. I killed my hds208's and picked some up some more bnib Hydro's on trade.



Never seen that happen before, but putting 2.7k to a pair of 600w rms subs will make some strange things happen. I was helping Sherrod with his box, and when I handed him one of the CT's you could tell he wasn't expecting them to be that heavy.

That box in the picture was a little big (1.04cuft@35hz) , but it still surprised the **** out of me on 200w. If I heard it and didn't see what it was, I would never guess it was a single 8". It really surprised me after I bumped it up to around 500w.

I used to want to try out some Atomic 8s but never actually pulled the trigger. Don't know where you'd find em now.

Member on here had one for sale for the longest time. He ended up selling it for pretty cheap. I think at one point he asked me if I was interested and was going to sell it for just over a bill shipped.
