This Foreigner comes to Canada and is looking for someone to take him out hunting to hunt the great animals of Canada. So this Canadian takes him out hunting, while they're walking through the woods the Canadian sees this Indian, so he lines up the sights and BANG... Kills the Indian.

 

At that moment the Foreigner says "What are you doing!? That's Murder!"

 

The Canadian replies "Oh no no, its legal to hunt Indians 'round these parts, you see their over populated and are starting to get into our garbage"

 

Later on the Hunting trip the Canadian tells the Foreigner that they'll have to camp out overnight, and asks him to run back to his truck and grab a case a beer.

 

The Foreigner runs back to the truck and grabs a case a beer, at that moment he sees an Indian running around in the woods.

 

So he sets his case of beer down on the ground, lines it up and BANG.. Kills the Indian.

 

At that moment a Police Officer shows up and begins to arrest the Foreigner.

 

The Foreigner says "Wait, I know the rules its legal to hunt Indians around here"

 

Then the Policeman reply "I know, your just not allowed to bait them" And he points at the case of beer

The version of that joke I heard dealt with hunting negros in Alabama..It was legal..Then someone shot one over a watermelon patch..Sheriff came and arrested him for baiting.
