Just see if she keeps talking to her. Now that she knows you are interested in her, she will either:

A) Try to push you away, either passively or actively. It's up to you to be able to see the signs.

B) She will continue to be interested in you

If she's not interested, then at least you tried and you won't have to worry about "what if" anymore.

Sounds like she maybe doesn't know what to do and doesn't want to be rude about it. Or maybe she just doesn't want anything at all and is trying to be nice about it. However, to know for sure the next time you see her face to face ask if she doesn't have any plans this weekend if she would like to go out to dinner or go walk around in the park or something harmless like that.
