Agreed, I figured handgun and obama threads were getting a bit old so it was time to switch it up.
I do have to admit though once they hit about 150 replies I start to get bored with the repetitiveness of it.
full coverage. liability doesnt do shit haha.Corey, do you carry collision or just liability on your auto policy?
it saves money. I used to only pay like $60 on my old cadillaci just have liability //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif
Hmm, what coversations have you had with your insurer about this situation?full coverage. liability doesnt do shit haha.
Depending on the value of the vehicle it may not be the worst thing in the world.i just have liability //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif
I called them first, thinking thats what I was supposed to do, at least let them know what happened. I was told that the only reason I should be calling them is if i wanted to file the claim through them (allstate) pay the deductable and then after that they would pursue her and her insurance company. Once they did that, I would get my money back depending on what they (her insurance and my insurance) decided/settled. Two people from allstate advised me to just file with her insurance company and only call allstate if I have an issue like I am right now, because thats the only way I wouldnt have to put money up.Hmm, what coversations have you had with your insurer about this situation?

I have no idea how Indiana's system works regarding uninsured motorists but this is something you need to look at if your state is like mine. Let me know if you need more info on this.
Yeah, that's what UM does. Liability is required here, but there are still a ton of people who do not have insurance.I usually keep collision on anything worth more than 3k or so as the price is typically not much difference, maybe $25/mo.
For beaters which I have not had in a while I have never gotten it.
I also never understood states that do not require insurance, if they hit you then you are basically stuck trying to sue them in which case if they are deadbeats you get nothing regardless.
Does your insurance pick it up? Assuming that is part of the 'Coverage for uninsured motorists' on my policy?
