A lot of companies now write the check and go after the person at faults insurance. The chick backed into me so it was her fault automatically but I always thought I got paid from the person at faults insurance.
This guy said they write me a check then go after them. How long have you been waiting?

I would think at some point they should just give you the money and go after her, there has to be some time limit of sorts I would imagine.

Oh, and when I called my insurance, they said the only way they would go after her is if I filed the claim with them first, paid the deductible and got my check. THEN they would go after her.

But I believe there are more legal professions than people initially think as "legal". Consider what you do.

Oh you are indeed right about that, I am sure. However most of what they teach in regard to going after a field translate well to real world. It is almost a joke imo.
Yes it is a matter of getting my ticket punched because I need it punched to keep up my obligations and to proceed with more romantic notions. If I was 19 and going into it with mommy/daddy money, I wouldn't be too concerned about getting a ticket punched again. I will not let it end there though. I plan on following through to a better career.

Yes the legal profession does fluctuate. I can't say in comparison to others views.

Yeah, the other parties insurance really does not have to pay short of a court judgment. If liability is clear they will typically want to settle in the hopes of doing so as cheaply as possible (this really applies when there have been personal injuries.)

But you are right, if you have comprehensive insurance then the thing to do is probably to call your own insurance, tell them to pay and subrogate your rights to collect from the third party.

Guy here at work said he saw a few colored at his bank ask the clerks if their Obama checks have been deposited yet. He said he also sat down with his loan officer and she told him he was behind on his payments, so he told her he's just gonna sit back and wait for his Obama check. He has some good more 'muscial' rap style songs which I like. I actually enjoy it a lot, Guru has some jams like that along with Cunnulinguists have some decent songs.

Well I saw him live last October, and his show has to of been one of the best shows I've been to.

I'll have to look those other guys up, never heard of them.
