Perhaps. That is why I don't really play.
I wouldn't call it a power, as I already mentioned, I am probably less intelligent than any of you. I just learned how to present myself in such a fashion that others think I am intelligent.
Let me rephrase. I would value your analytical input.

I actually don't find many people "really intelligent". I just accept that nearly every person has something that comes a bit more natural to them than others. While I don't really know you in real life. The character you allow us to see online shows good ability to statistically analyze.

What is a low limit vs. no limit game?
To clarify, a limit game for low stakes.

Limit is where the amount of the bets are set. You cannot bet/raise more than a certain amount. Math is more important in these games.

No limit is where you can bet/raise as much as you have in front of you. Math is still important, but the really good players play the other player's tendencies, and the great players play more physical tells (although I will tell you that tendencies are more important than physical tells). Also, the courage/recklessness to put the other player to the test when you probably do not have the best hand is important.

All in all, limit is more of a science and NL is more of an art.

By tendancies you mean how they reveal their strategies?
Pretty much. Will this guy raise with a small pair before the flop? Does that guy raise on the flop in order to get a free card on the turn when he is chasing a flush or straight? Does that guy play tight or loose? Does he bluff too much, not enough, never? On and on.

I'd rather play no limit. I used it as a strategy to allow an inferior player to take the other people's money.
I had more chips than the other players, and they knew I wouldn't bluff. So I folded and they uping the ante so the other players would exhaust their funding against the inferior player. But I could only do this until after I learned how the inferior player would play. They got mad when I folded the winning hand and I explained I did so because I knew you wouldn't up the ante against me, but you would "Joe". Now, I can easily defeat Joe and win.

So none of the players were very pleased. But I laughed and laughed and they called me a cheat for throwing a game on purpose.
OK make up your mind. You say you play honestly, yet this proves you didn't.

I call your bluff. Although admittedly I may not know which is the bluff //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crap.gif.7f4dd41e3e9b23fbd170a1ee6f65cecc.gif

OK, now you have a point. I know many who have bought a bottle just to keep in view, but not actually drink it often. They do grab the bud more often lol. I live in bud country too. I hate it.
Well, according to what Flip mentioned, I guess some rednecks do drink it. My observation is based solely on rednecks of the college age though.

I show my cards every time even though they did not. It did anger others. I do not know why.
It makes you look like a show-off. Strategic times to show your cards would be

A) You have been winning a lot of hands before you get to the showdown, which leads your opponents to the cogitation that you bluff a lot. If this happens and you know you have top hand, showing people your cards real quick could loosen their suspicion of your bluffing habits.

B) You have been winning a lot of hands on or before the showdown because you HAVE had top hand. You don't want people to drop out every time you start betting big because you'll never win any money this way. Make them think that you do bluff sometimes, and the best way to do this is to simply get caught "with your hand in the cookie jar", so to speak.

The main point is that you don't want other people to be able to predict your cards, your actions, or most of all, you.

This is just my strategy, and it works for me.
