that's fine Im' just saying do you just increase how much you run/how long you run? You know what I mean? I mean is there a point when you go, ok if I just run this amount 4 times or so a week I'll be fine? I would imagine that your body adapts to running just like it does for weight lifting though and you have to change what you are doing to compensate for that.best way to keep it off, is to keep watching what you eat. i have found that since i started counting calories and limiting myself, it has been way easier to keep doing it. it really builds up self control and makes you conscious of what you are putting in your body.
it is easy at first to go kind of wild, i started to put some weight back on, but i pulled the reigns back and have held it off //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif .
