white and yolk. I mix it all in a bowl first with milk then scramble it.

I dunno a lot of books I've read said you don't need the yolk and that it's leaner and healthier to eat the white and less of the yolk. /shrug

I don't recall, I'm not saying the yolk is bad for you it's just if you are going to cook multiple eggs like you said then you don't really need every one of them to have yolk. I think the yolk has a lot of uhhhh, cholestoral(sp) or whatever.
