Link again please.im not sure what those meters are, they must be something new. i havent been there in several months. ill have to check it out, cause i need to get back on there //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crap.gif.7f4dd41e3e9b23fbd170a1ee6f65cecc.gif
as for running (another thing i need to get back into...) i would say either stay the same or slowly increase the amount you run. just do what you are comfortable with. when i was gung ho about it i was doing a bit over 3 miles 5 times a day. and that seemed to be a good distance for me //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif . running is quite the same as weight lifting in the respect that if you increase the distance, the speed, or the degree of dificulty it will increase your cardiovascular health in a similar way.
you should try the site too //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif . it helps both ways.
