crunch amps? any input would be nice good/bad?

just wondering abotu crunch audio... i was looking at their amps and i can get a 75x4 @ 4ohm amp for about $50. it is the older V amps not the newer ones

From what I hear they arent all that great. I dont know about the older ones but everyone else has told me that crunch isnt all that great. What kind of power output are you looking for at what ohm load? I might could give you another suggestion for around that price.

lol ur all over my posts today, but well for now the kicker tweets are 75watts rms and i wouldnt hooking up the other 2chs untill i got my new can and speaker... but i was thinking of an inexpensive 4x 50-75 watts @4ohm

Yea thats what ive heard, but what made me think otherwise was the fact that they are made by maxxsonics, the same company as Hifonics.

Well this is kinda obvious coming from me but I have to try and suggest a Profile CA440, or a CL440. The Clarus does 50x4 and the California does 60x4. You can get the CA at thezeb for 99 shipped and the Clarus for 114.99 shipped. Just a thought lol.

Especially taking into account the improvements they have done this year and last year. I would rank them with Profile and Power Acoustik. Pretty good buy for the money (the newer amps). Their subs are another story.
