Critique my System Please

All of this is for my 94 Ford Probe SRS

Starting with Two Rockford Fosgate Hx2 RDF 2112 12" Subs, have them in a Dual 12" Hatchback Sub Enclosure Box, Powering the subs with an Audiobahn A1300 HCT 1200 Watt Mono High Current Amp, while powering my speakers with a Audiobahn A6004T Intake Series 4 Channel Amp. To wire up the Amps I'm using a Pheonix Gold TSx4404 4 guage Dual Power Amp Install Kit.

Also i wasnt sure or not, should i replace my old battery, or will the old one run this fine?

Anything that i'm missing that you notice would be helpful or any comments on the stuff im using or if i should add or change something.

Does that audiobahn amp have any distortion with it? I ask because i have bought my speakers from circuit city and i go to there online webpage to check reviews before buying and all there top end audiobahn amps got bad reviews.

should of gone with HIFONICS AMPS

or even better if you got the dough go with PHOENIX gold Tantrum 1200.1
