criss angel - walking on water

well there will always be non believers as i stated before it up to YOU to chose to belive it or not .. but in your case im guessing you also dont belive in god ..?
I believe in God- and his name in David Hasselhoff //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/fyi.gif.9f1f679348da7204ce960cfc74bca8e0.gif

well since you feel to rely on 'facts' you must be a"monkeys uncle"
:O i never said i relied on facts wrong quoted person //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif

many many many things in our time have been proven wrong.

who is to say what is possible ???? look at the shit that guy does he does alot of things 'imposible" i seen it with my own two eyes from all angles NO strings attached in a open area with a small crowd it was only about 3-4 feet in the air but he floated what you chose to belive is up to you
Trust me, I know just about every one of Angel's illusions, and his levitation is pretty ****ing simple.

whats the trick with his endurance tests //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif
There is no trick whatsoever to any of them. They are the closest thing he does to magic because he takes the time to condition his body for whatever situation he's going into. The key to holding your breath isn't that amazing once you learn about it, all you need to do is to be able to induce a near catatonic state, aka, deep meditation.

he pretty much sucks as it's 99% camera edits and plants in the audience. tis why you don't see him performing on stage like copperfield and others as that takes some actual skill...
Horse crap. I saw Copeprfield in person many years ago at Arco Arena and when he 'flew' you could see the wires.

Trust me, I know just about every one of Angel's illusions, and his levitation is pretty ****ing simple.
Can you explain one of them then?

Which one?
Either the one where he walks across a pool with people swimming all around him, or even better, the one where he jumps his motor cycle 80 feet into a flaming explosion and dissapears in mid air, lets his bike crash to the ground, and then he reappears on the other side of the parking lot inside the audience.

And please, save the 'audience is in on it' crap for some other shmuck.

//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif I've already explained the pool one. He is walking on polycarbonate / plexiglass supported by thin columns. Note that the people don't stand up in front of him. There is a hole cut out where he drops his shoe in. Again, the audience is COMPLETELY in on it, and he openly admits it on the penn and teller radio show. He has no magic powers, just cheap illusions and camera editing. Link me to the fireball one.
You have to accept that magic is merely a ruse, and often a very expensive one when you have to pay off people to not reveal your secrets. Any time a magician does a transportation illusion where they reappear amidst the crowd, it is always in a similar location and note that the people are rarely screaming. Most people just aren't good actors. Trust me, magic and illusions are as simple as you think they are, which is part of their mystique.

"He must be using wires"

Almost always true

"There must be a body double, but it looks so similar!"

Again, Angel even uses doubles, which he also admits in this video

"There must be a platform he's walking on"

Yep, almost always true

The only time where magic can truly suspend disbelief is in street magic and mentalism.
