I did/am doing it now.. I recommend saving some $$$ getting 50% of what you owe and calling them and telling them you will pay them 50% of what you owe right now to clear EVERYTHING up.
Make sure you get it in writing BEFORE you send them any money and also keep track of any payments you send them.
Finally don't fark up your credit again, I am just getting my scores up again after farking up when I was 18 (now 29)
Also if you have anything 7+ years old it was probably charge off and no longer on your report.

yea i just missed payments on 3 cards....200 bucks on one...im ****ed
Thats not bad at all just call them, tell them you were out of work for a few months and get back on track before they start really ******* with your credit.
well i have till friday for one...they called me..200 minimum... the 2 others were due this past 13th....and they were both a minimm of 45...so now itll be around 100 for each

#1 advice is always call them. If you duck them they will R A P E your credit big time. If you stay in touch and are just honest with them they will make a lot of exceptions. They want their money just as much as you want your credit to not get ****ed up.

yea...i checked it one day...and it was the minimum of 15 bucks for a payment...i was ok with that...the day i go to pay it....it ****in jumped to 98 and 77...and i was like wtf...then i had a family problem....i was pissed at myself...i wanted that sub so bad and i was all set to buy it

your right.and i appologize for that..everything just got so hectic and ive been tryin scramble to get all this money to pay all these huge bills
i'm not going to give all kinds of advice, because there are so many different things to do...but I do know that you should NOT use one of those credit services, a lot of magazines and people in the financial world will tell you this is a bad idea and sends an immediate red flag to lenders and such, you can talk to a credit adviser and they will tell you why exactly...just repair it on your own...could take up to 7 years, but your going to live those 7 years anyway, might as well do it repairing your credit...
i owe like 500..but thats just because i dont have a job...when i had my job over the summer...i was fine, i was making my payments...now its like im tryin to scrape up the money any way i can to pay the bill and its not workin...and i havent had the greatest luck finding a job yet which sucks
