are you using Internet Explorer?

if so go to Tools > Internet Options > content Tab> and Enable Ratings

The internet explorer explicit content blocker seems to **** because it asks you for a password (set by admin) for sites that aren't even explicit. I went on wikipedia.com and they ask for a PW. Not sure how firefox works either.

as said before, get a decent firewall and enable the content blocker, i know for certain that zone alarm has a decent one. i now use comodo, but i have no need for it to be blocked so i havent even tried

Or you could set up a proxy server for your house. But that would be a little extreme to stop your brother from getting all lathered up over bigcocks.com
