credence subwoofers ????

Ya know, come to think of it in the last 15 or so years of car audio, ive never once seen an actual Credence sub. I wonder who buys their stuff then ? lol.

Lol....yeah really, maybe they stick a lot to OEM work. I'm sure Kicker has paid them well over the years.

I'm hoping .4 sealed per sub is ok for these. I already built the box, but the customer service guy has me worried a little. The specs call for .5 to 2 cu/ft tuned to 33 for a ported box, which seems like a big range in size. When I emailed the customer service they said 2.3 cu/ft per sub ported. So I'm hoping the sealed numbers accurate.

I already had it built, the Credence guy assured me .4 would be fine. After listening though they could use more airspace. I would probably go up to .6 per sub. Fantastic subs though even in .4. I will post a pic of my box a little later. It's raining here.

IIRC the old Savard subwoofers were Creedence. Or was that Eminence? Crap, can't remember.

Well I put mine in a new ported box. Design provided by RyanM923. It sounds fantastic. I had them in a sealed box in my blazer and liked it, but I got a Tahoe and was dissappointed in the sound when I put the sealed box in it. The ported box really opened them up. Anyways here is a pic of the box.

They came either plain or with the ProBox logo on them, so I asked for plain.

I guess they are sold out, I tried to order more but it won't take you to a page to order them. They had good customer service when I ordered the first time, now it's difficult to get customer service from them. Not sure why.
